Woman Redefined Conference 2025

Redefining Womanhood Through Faith and Purpose
La Palm Royal Beach Hotel | May 31, 2025

Something unforgettable happened on Saturday, May 31, 2025.

More than 300 women – and a few courageous men – gathered at the serene La Palm Royal Beach Hotel for a sacred appointment with destiny. Woman Redefined Conference 2025 wasn’t just another event; it was a divine encounter, a movement, a safe space where hearts were stirred, minds renewed, and purposes reawakened.

Inspired by the powerful book “Woman Redefined – A Spiritual Journey to Unveil the Gem of Creation” by Rev. Anthony Selom Dzadzra, the conference was a call to rise from the shadows, shine with authenticity, and impact the world through faith-rooted purpose.

From the First Word to the Last Amen

The atmosphere was electric with expectation as the day opened with heartfelt worship and a word that shook the room – Rev. Dzadzra’s charge on “Redefining Womanhood: Influence, Identity & Impact in Society” reminded us that womanhood isn’t about boxes or labels. It’s about rising into God’s original design bold, beautiful, and full of kingdom influence.

Then came our keynote speakers, each pouring out wisdom from a deep well of experience:

  • Dr. Angela Dwamena-Aboagye gently pulled down the “superwoman” mask, reminding us that wholeness comes through community and rest, not perfection.
  • Episcopal Sister Adelaide Heward-Mills encouraged every woman to embrace faith as the compass for thriving both spiritually and professionally.

These moments weren’t just inspiring; they were healing.

Breakout Sessions: Where Real Conversations Happened

Away from the main hall, women gathered in small groups for intimate, soul-nourishing sessions tailored to their seasons:

  • Dr. Josephine Djan helped us reflect on “Seasons of Womanhood”—how our purpose and identity evolve, and how to make godly decisions at every turn.
  • Pastor Akweley Laryea reminded career women that faith and family can thrive side by side with professional growth.
  • Ps. Hannah Abrahams-Appiah created a safe, tear-filled space for pastors’ wives to lay down their burdens and breathe again.

And for the first time ever, we opened the doors for “The Guy’s Corner;” a breakout session for the men who came to support, learn, and grow. Led by Dr. Margaret Amankwah-Poku, this heartfelt conversation gave men tools to walk in wisdom and strength beside the women in their lives.

Outdoor of “Woman Redefined Talk Show” & “Podcast”

As part of the conference highlights, The Woman Redefined Talk Show and Podcast was officially launched to great excitement. This new platform will continue the conversation beyond the event featuring real stories, faith-based insight, and empowering discussions with women (and men) who are redefining purpose, identity, and impact in their spheres.

More Than Words — It Was an Experience

It wasn’t just the teachings—it was the laughter over tea break, the tears during song ministrations, the warm handshakes, and spontaneous prayers shared in corners. It was the sense that we weren’t alone. That God is doing something new in and through women.

There was joy in the air as women from different generations and backgrounds connected, shared stories, and lifted each other up. By the end of the day, hearts were full, notebooks were overflowing, and destinies had been marked.
